We came through the drive-thru on March 17, 2026 around 5:30 PM for an online order for a family of four. The manager, Quanttrell (who refused to provide a surname, stating 'Dont worry bout it'), was completely incompetent, unprofessional and detached. I was shocked after I discovered that he was the manager and I remain highly skeptical of that claim. Absolutely no reason people should be waiting 10+ minutes at the drive through at 11pm.
This McDonald's will consistently rob you if you try an online order. They consistently negate whatever deal you're trying to apply and it'll auto charge the card through the app meaning you have to pay extra attention to make sure they don't take more money from you Uodate: this McDonald's is still trying to rob me Everytime I try to get a lemonade tea which is 3$ they tell me their machine doesn't work and they rob me by trying to offer me a normal drink.
