I just ordered a frappe and I was halfway done with it and there was a dead fly in the middle of my drink. I sucked it up through a straw. I’m beyond upset. I called and told the manager, and he said he would look to see, but they just cleaned the machine.very disappointed i made sure to take a picture but i can’t figure out how to post it I would give it zero stars, but it won’t let me
Every time we come to this McDonald’s the staff is horrible. It kills them to have to help customers and with the new kiosk it’s frustrating and confusing to some Geez how hard can it be to help a customer
