Waited patiently while I watched others orders filled of customers that arrived and ordered after me. Eventually after 10 minutes I went up to see if I was overlooked. The manager was very rude and abrasive towards me reminding me that they have many other orders. When placing an order on the kiosk it asks for a table tent number when eating in. Why bother putting this in when they just put your order in a bag and place it on the counter. Do better Kaufman McDonald's.
It took 30 minutes to get a medium coffee at the drive through, I got called by work asking why I was taking so long and they didn't even believe me
Friendly staff that will greet you by name with a smile, but whenever they are the slightest bit busy they take a very long time to get your food out to you. Sometimes they may even forget altogether and skip over you. I always order on the app, so this may be their main struggle. If you order counter pickup, be ready and there to pick it up or else someone else may take your food. Placed a mobile order that was ready by 11pm when they Close at 12am. Pulled up and all the workers were outside smoking pot while my wife cried and explained that we had an order go through on their system and they just laughed at her as she kept crying and told her that it would bounce back to her card in a few days. This is completely unacceptable and I’ll be calling in morning for answers on this. 4/26
