To start this off, I'm autistic. I'm very particular about my food. I CAN NOT eat onions, pickles, or mustard. It all grosses me out and makes me gag it's not just a dislike it is a literal - I can not touch this kind of thing. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with ONLY KETCHUP and cheese for me and my brother. Burger had onions, ketchup, mustard and pickles. I usually let it go because I also work in fast food, I understand it can be hard. But it really isn't hard to read. Broad Street shits on you guys. Won't be back to Kauffman.
every time i come here its the worst service. staff is rude and yells at the customers. asked for an icecream and the rude person taking the order told me to get out of line
