Management is amazing, the smiles were nice the customer base is nice, the food was perfect!
Every time I go through the drive thru, I'm asked to wait in a spot as nothing is ready. That's not the part that bothers me, it's fine to wait to get the order prepared correctly. While I'm waiting, every other drive thru spot also fills up and inevitably I get the wrong order, even though the label on the bag matches the label they stick on your mirror. I'm not sure if the workers are being rushed in the kitchen or they just don't care, but it's a terrible experience.
i go through the drive thru at 9pm when there are no cars, have to wait 10 mins at the first window before they decide to take my money, then pull up to the second window for the man to YELL to pull into 1-4 of the waiting spots so i do and wait 20 minutes for him to bring my food out saying “sorry about the wait everything is fresh and hot for you” for everything to taste COLD and like it’s been put on a heater for DAYS then was reheated and then sat for hours. everything tasted rotten, my fries were cold and not cooked all... read more
Friendly and fast service here. WAY more efficient and smooth morning drive-thru service than the other Fairborn location
Worst McDonald’s in the state by far. I have lived by this location for 5 years and it gets worse and worse every week. They are constantly pulling people forward. Management needs to be fired at this point. They are pulling EVERYONE forward for literally anything. I ordered a coffee and hash brown, they pulled me forward and forgot about me.
