I placed a mobile app order for 5 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks. I arrived at 230 am and they said they cashed out and were no longer serving dinner. They told me to go into the app and cancel. Now here is the best part they are not serving breakfast or anything else till after 3am. So why was my order taken and why does it say open 24 hrs.

This location is incapable of producing correct orders. Specifically the late night staff. I’ve not received a correct order in about a year. Yes, I’m an idiot and I keep trying. Most recently I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese. I received a Big Mac with extra cheese but no burger meat. ZERO burger patties. How’s that even happen? How do you make a burger and forget the burger part of the burger? Are we high? Or blind? Or a blind high person? Can corporate send someone with flash cards to train the staff on what a burger ... read more

In the drive-through for 20 minutes in the first lane! Had to call just to get somebody to come to the speaker to place an order!

They have this poor older man working night shift all by himself. Taking orders and cooking all the food by himself. I don’t even blame him for us not getting our food for 30+ minutes I’m blaming the company because how are you going to have one older gentleman doing everything by himself when y’all are most busy, at night. Makes me so sad.
