I visited this MacDonald recently and got very warm welcome by the employee who took my order i think he was a guest experience leader his name was Braham. Also got my order with perfection and also got that on time without any waiting even after the restaurant was busy.
I wish this wasn't the closest mcdonalds to my place. 😭 I placed am online order, came through the drive-thru and gave my code. They asked me to pull over, of course. There were ZERO cars behind me. Manager said they had to brew fresh coffee. I worked at McDonald's, it doesn't take that long with no other orders. Another car came and she was like, "now there's a car" Mcdonalds has gone way down in recent years, but its getting ridiculous.
