The individuals at this location is horrible. Its filled with confused individuals who should not be working with the public! Tried handing food that was not mine; then looked at me with a long stare as you I have/created the problem. Then proceeds to ask, "what did you have" knowing full well it's on the screen. Great! I didn't have to wait!
I went through the drive through and ordered a steak egg cheese bagel. This was at 5 a.m. they had me pull forward to wait,Which I understand. The 15 later, when I got my order. I had to rush to work. So when I opened my steak egg cheese bagel only to find a hamburger patty w/ cheese. I was highly disappointed. And pissed.. I don't do McNasty's very often if 3 x's a yr. And these are the reasons why.
Soda machine is down but they still are taking the money you pay for soda and just sending out the food. Even if you have a new person the tone and attitude displayed when calmly asking where the drinks are was ridiculous. Whats the point in ordering from the app if im then going to have to walk in anyway? Isn't the mobile app suppose to be faster as well instead of waiting 30 minutes?
