Place looks nasty inside. Staff to busy bs ordered and paid for sense 4:57 it is 5:30 and still waiting on my order but they standing in the door way just taking this place should fire all employees and try a new hire to be trained this is a joke
3 months and they still don't have a working espresso machine. "It's down right now" even had someone say it was getting cleaned lmao. For over 3 months?
They are fast with preparing your food.
Horrible customer service. The kiosk’s didn’t work and when I asked for help the manager asked “why do I even need to use the screen just order at the register??” Very disrespectful. My buddies fish filet took at least 15-20 minutes to come out after he ordered with NO ONE in the store. Ridiculous. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds
