TERRIBLE- attitudes at drive thru even when customer is polite , takes bare minimum 20/25 min to get thru line, lacks management, food is cold - they just need to shut this place down permanently until it can be run properly.
I don’t know what they did to turn it around because the last time I came in totally sucked. Today my order was the freshest I’ve ever had McDonald’s like I felt like I was a five year-old again! The associate warn me that the fries were hot, but let me tell you everything was so fresh and delicious! I’ll usually settle for a lot less this was just astounding customer service so bravo Zulu to the team tonight
Food made us physically ill for two days. Somebody needs to do quality control on their burgers. Fries weren’t great either but I think it was the burger that made us both sick because only our friends didn’t have any and were fine later. It didn’t taste quite right, should have stopped after that first bite.
