When to the drive thru fie ice cream. Macine was broken.
Got in the drive thru line behind about 6 cars at 10:30 on Sunday. Sat there and waited as the line barely moved for 30 minutes. At 11:00 I was final able to order my meal, which was very simple. Finally Got to the window and received my order at 11:20. Would love to know why it takes an hour to get through a drive thru line and receive food. They claimed it was due to lack of help from staff. This is one of the many times this Fairhope location has had this exact issue. I’d give less than 1 star if possible.
