10:45, huge lines in drive thru and so slow!!!!! 40 minutes later, finally have food.
The service was awful. No one ever took our order. We waited for 30 min.
They are a bunch of useless fools in the store tbh. Waited 40 minutes to receive the someone else’s order. I paid for 2 snack wraps and a medium fry. I’m not complaining but they gave me 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 large fries. After going back and forth with whom I assumed was the GM. Refused to give me a refund because he said he’d take the food or give me my money back. You’d expect someone to not be mad. But I walked away with more than I paid for.
