I visited this restaurant on 7/21/25 around 3:30pm because I placed a mobile order so when I go in to pick it up no one acknowledge me whatsoever and I was standing right in front of the manager and she's been working for over 30 years with McDonald's because I was a teenager when I met and she has a twin sister but that doesn't matter and the girl with bright red hair making sandwiches and boxing the nuggets was cussing, throwing the food down to the manager talking about how she "hates it here" and the manager doesn't do a... read more
Never ever get my orders right. Not even if I ordered from the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff don't know what they are doing ever and most are rude. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and waited for about 3min. Another car pulled up to the other lane and immediately was created and order taken. I waited another 3min and then just pulled up to the first window where I again waited for anyone to come to the window and see me.
