I placed an order on 8/21/25 at 10:50pm. The app & google both said they were open. I proceed to wait in line for 20 minutes before 2 employees come walking out telling me they are closed, don’t have anything, and can’t offer me a refund, despite the app not letting me cancel the order once I had gotten there (it actually said the reason for not being able to cancel is because the order was in the process being made).
