Thank you this McDonald's location for letting me order my food at the counter. I stopped going to the other location on Montgomery Highway because of how they loudly demanded I use the kiosk. The man who took my order was super polite and restaurant looked clean and you can get your own salt and napkins unlike the other location on Montgomery Highway. Looks like your owned by the same co that owns the one in Vestavia so thank you. I've been a McDonald's fan since 1972, yes 1972 and this is going to be my McDonald's location... read more

I’ve never had any customer service issues at this McDonald’s before, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. I pulled into the drive-thru and told the employee at the speaker to give me a minute because I was trying to use the mobile app, which wasn’t working. Within about 10–15 seconds, she came back on the speaker and told me there were five cars behind me and that I needed to come inside. I hadn’t even been at the speaker for a full minute.
