Was all fine, but then my girlfriend went to the washroom at the same time as the woman who appeared to be the most senior member of staff present. She used a cubicle and then walked out without washing her hands. Pretty shocking for someone working in a food place. So if anyone gets ill after coming here, that’s why.
This location is under staff. Waited 55 minutes for our lunch we're there at ,,1pm almost missed our tour at 3 PM. Nice workers. They need help . Help. Share your wealth. They make you $$. Felt sorry for them. I will be back!!
I wanted to share my experience with Nicole, the manager. Honestly, she could use some improvement in customer service and communication. While we were trying to place our order, she kept having side conversations, which was distracting. When it was finally my mom's turn to order, she was having trouble speaking loudly because she wasn’t feeling well.
