Disappointed by the lack of care over a simple order I went through the drive-thru and ordered a drink and an ice cream cone for my husband. The order was repeated back correctly, and I confirmed it. But when I got to the window, I was handed a plain cup of ice cream instead of a cone. I never asked for a cup. I politely mentioned the mistake, but no one offered to check the receipt. The food was served at the table, table service is available, sanitizer is provided, the restroom is open, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5.
I’ve never Imagined myself giving a review to Mcdonalds drive thru service but Latisha SUPER NICE made sure all the order was right and we got our sauces !
Went to place an order the young lady walked by and asked can she take my order Went outside came in walked past and asked again as I waited she walked up and said I'm not going to let the devil get the best of me,when I asked why she said that she got even nastier when I asked for the manager she replied I am the manager now how that going to work for you ???????
