McDonald’s Roeland Park Kansas Location looks nice from the outside but needs concrete cleaned. Internal lighting is good and all lights appear to be working. Drive thru was open and processing cars at a good rate. Service was not good. I was walked by and looked at 5 times before that person helped me. Clearly the self order systems cause concerns for those of us that want to order at the counter. Cheese burger was good. Called the manager to let them know my order was wrong. It took forever for them to answer and then had an attitude when I tried to explain what happened. I'm not going back out in this bad weather for a refund. Overall inconsiderate and not helpful.
