Love this McDonald's store nice and clean
I go through the drive-through quite a bit and they are so rude and you can’t even try no matter how nice you are to explain that they made a mistake on your order because they are so rude. They won’t even hear you out. I finally just decided to quit going there altogether. I hate it because I like biscuits but they never get it right and it’s the simplest order ever bacon and cheese only and I’m forever getting sausage with no cheese or they overcharge me. Customer service here is horrible, come through today in the drive thru- young Hispanic male with glasses was laughing and looked at me like a I was crazy 3 times, when I was trying to order. Never got my order due to horrible customer service, the hispanic ladies at the second window refused to take my order too and was dismissive - after I told them my experience with the male staff.
