The management of this place must have no brains. The constantly accept delivery orders when they say they’re not accepting orders. They post times they’re open when they’re not open. They usually won’t answer the phone when you call.
I guess hes an assistant manager but a guy named Henry was very helpful. Everything right the first time. Doesn't always happen at every McDonald's. Guess I found a new one to go to.
Worst experience at this fast food restaurant tonight. It’s busy and there is a wait line in the drive thru, understandable. When I get to the window to get my order, my bag is missing my fries. I let the lady at the window know this and I hear another lady (ROSIE) in the background yell, “she had no fries”. The lady at the window kindly asks for my receipt, which I provided. This place has went down bad...ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal and McDouble meal...I was charged for 2 quarter pounder meals...and then when I get home the burgers are totally horrible...was given a diet coke instead of coke...meat on the burgers tasted bland...the worst burger I've ever had....this used to be my # 1 McDonald's...I don't know what's happened here...but I will not be back...
