Let me preface by saying that I come here at least a couple of times per week for lunch, mostly because it’s fast and it’s cheap. Shakina was at the first window taking orders, and I've never talked to anyone who sounded and acted brain dead. Maybe she was having a bad day. We tried to answer the questions she'd ask us just to be met with silence and the same questions after, even when we straight hollered. The person making the food was great, very nice and very fast. Apologized for the terrible speaker work going on.
Waited thirty minutes and the Manager refused to give me my food or a refund, had to wait for another manager to come back from break to get a refund.
