Last night I waited an hour for my food after paying when the manager finally came up he had an attitude, no explanation refunded me my money and went an hide in the back
Disclaimer: this was after a local track meet when the drive thru was busy but with no one in the dining room. I would love to rate the food I so wanted to eat, however my family and many others ended up leaving with a refund and not food. Some after waiting for 60 minutes…for McDonald’s food! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Napkins were empty, dining room was a disaster, no one accountable for the lack of service, and no one to take an order.
