They need to retrain their employees especially the minors that work there. They tend to mess up on the order and forget food items and thats a huge inconvenience
Remodeling project is complete now...NICE!! It's been finished for a minute but the dining area has been modernized and also equipped with an Order Kiosk (which I'm a fan of) which serves 2 guests (when ordering). If you didn't order ahead from the mobile app or desktop these kiosks or stations are nice to order from as they're very user friendly--the best part is you'll be tearing into your lunch quicker than the guests standing in line waiting to order at the front counter. I can't give zero stars so I give them one. The majority of restaurants in this area allow dine-in service. Since MacDonalds does not offer dine-in dining I will no longer purchase anything from all MacDonalds. Update: 4 months later, the Covid-19 vaccine is available, & still no dine-in service. Must be cheaper & make more profit without a full work crew.
