They were too busy and short handed. Took a long time to get my mobile order and they forgot my hashbrowns I've paid for and didn't include any utensils and syrup for the hotcakes. Will be avoiding this place.
AVOID THIS LOCATION, worst McDonald’s in all of Fairfax with even worse service!! Wish I could give 0 stars. They are ridiculously slow and don’t care about customers. Update: I come back to this location a 2nd time in hopes to get a refund for the item I was charged that I shouldn’t have been charged. Very popular location...busy shopping area. Drive thru moving fast Visited again today BUT COULDNT EVEN GET SERVICE!! Everyone working just stared at me as I waited at the cash register to place an order. No greeting. No questions. Nothing! Im not walking into a restaurant shouting all the way to the window....I wasnt in the drive thru! Definitely not getting my money with that type of service
