Terrible!!! About 8 workers fooling around behind counter. I ordered a large decaf iced coffee with just milk. The servetiquette. confused and said she didn't know how to make it! After 10 more minutes they asked me to wait 3 more minutes while they brewed a pot of decaf! After 20 minutes she brought out my coffee. I tasted it and it had sugar in it. Ordered milk with NO sugar. Asked for refund. She said to me that they dont know how to make that kind of coffee there (with attitude). Absolutely ridiculous! These people need ... read more
