This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been. Victor, the manager, is the most rude, unprofessional and corrupt manager that I've had to deal with ever. He defrauded me by charging me for food that I had already paid for. I never hold high standards for McDonalds's; on the contrary, my expectations are always very low. But this location has made it way under my expectations. Travel a couple miles more to the McDonald's at Alafaya and Lake Underhill where you will get excellent customer service.
