Have always gotten hot fresh food from this location, except this last visit. It was too late to go back, but the good service outweighs the one food hiccup. I will definitely visit again.
We come here all the time for my daughter to play and we have good experiences when going inside. They do not have drink machines and condiments out. You must stand by the front counter while being ignored for a while before getting helped. Also, the curbside pick up is flawed. We just waited for 30 minutes. I went in at 20 and they apologized but then it took another 10 minutes to come out.
SORRY ABOUT THE RANT..... I took the kids out today 3,5,9 and 14, my husband and my mother. They wanted to go to McDonalds because it is the only one with a playplace and everywhere we tried to go for lunch today had a 1h+ long wait. One of the children is special needs and does not do well with waiting. I placed my order at 12:49... waited... waited... waited and at 1:20 went up to the counter.
