God i went to rate thos place and noticed I've already given them this rating. Absolutely trash service. I dont expect much from McDonald's their employees are often overworked. That being said this is the Absolute worst McDonald's I've been to and I am a cdl driver I've been to more than a hundred of them.
Go to another location! We went inside, it was not busy at all and food still took long. They don’t have a soda machine which is fine, but when I asked for a refill they said they don’t do refills here. People we’re coming inside complaining about the drive thru wait and the customer service was horrible, they didn’t even say sorry for the wait and were very rude to customers.
Ordered our food via drive thru and these guys did a poor job… we ended up getting what we didn’t order and the sauce just randomly tossed into the bag. How hard is that to get the order correctly placed in the paper bag?
