Good morning, I am a frequent customer at the McDonald’s located at 11575 Quail Roost Dr in Miami, FL. I usually stop by between 6:40 and 6:45 AM on my way to work to purchase a McCafé macchiato. Unfortunately, almost every time I go, the McCafé machine is in cleaning mode and unavailable. I completely understand that the machine must be cleaned daily for hygiene and safety reasons, and I truly appreciate that.
