Wait time was 5 at the speaker window and we did an app order. And 25 waiting on food and poor lady had to go back and get our drinks because the cashier never gave them to us but swore to her we got them. Needs better management and that lady a raise.
Staff is rude, please, thank you, You’re welcome are not word spoken here. Food order 70% flubbed. I ordered a big breakfast, no pancakes, An extra hash brown. What I got was a big breakfast, eggs, lukewarm, Pancakes, no extra hash, brown, no napkins, no margarine or butter or whatever it is. Young lady at window said she was very tired from the night before. What does that have to do with getting my order right?
lol been here for an hour for 1 meal and missing the most important item the entree . Prepare yourself. Some say I’m still waiting till this day. I’m waiting as I write this review !
