We are in Rockport for vacation and have quickly found out that the McDonald's here is not fast. It took at least 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. I had a mobile order, which was confirmed at the mic for the drive thru, however when I got to the window to get my food they acted as if they had absolutely no clue about any mobile order, and once they figured out the dilemma they had to get the food together still. Them we get to the house we're staying at and didn't receive the right food.
Allison was a horribly rude person at the drive-through window. No ice cream, milk shakes for customers. French fries were very cold. All in all, it's not a good restaurant for fast food. Next time, I will go to DQ across the street!
