Hispanic male and female who worked second window today were rude. Failed to give me the milk I ordered due to the soda machine being down.
Twanda or Towanda, she did not let me know she was changing shift or that I should use the kiosk (if there's no line I usually go up to the counter). She was belittling a teen employee, asking him if he could understand her when she was barking orders at him. Poor kid looked miserable and defeated. Not a fan of employees who treat each other as if they are less than. The food is great most times l, but mid and night shift need to watch their tone; it spills into the lobby creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Unprofessional.
It's McDonald's as to be expected quality and service declining as expected but convient an easy I guess
