We tried to order two Quarter Pounder with Cheese meals when we arrived at 10:10 p.m., but we were informed that only one burger was available. When I asked why additional food couldn’t be prepared, the employee explained that the grill had already been shut down and cleaned. I then asked why the grill was closed so early when the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m. The response was that they begin shutting everything down early because they only have 30 minutes after closing to finish cleaning and counting boxes.
