Great place to grab it and go. Nice friendly staff.
Very bad experience here and it was my first time coming here. Restaurant closes at 1am and they turn off grill and stoves at 8pm and so they couldn't cook any type of hamburgers. Customers were very upset and including myself because they took all our orders and the other customers also and they had to come inside to ask for the refunds. We were only allowed to order chicken nuggets and fries. I never seen this before. Manager and one of his employees were going back and forth arguing. Very unprofessional
This restaurant is probably in the worst possible location of any business in Pensacola and Escambia county. They lose another partial star due to the drive through cluster that occurs anytime business picks up at all. Finally, the app costs them a half star because "you have to wait 15 minutes before you apply another reward". Why? Heaven forbid someone gets s cheeseburger at fair market value price, which is and always should remain that price.
