Three items took 28 minutes. Employees argued about responsibilities in front of customers. The tables were clean but the floor needed to be swept. Customers who order via the app and dine in have no way of knowing if their order is being worked. UPDATE 2025: Hit the drive thru. Everyone deserves a second chance. Failure. Given the wrong food even after they asked if I was the mobile order for <insert name>. Incredible how failure is so normalized. The food that was not mine tasted fine.
