Absolutely terrible! False advertisement. Made my little one cry.
I placed an order on mobile app, and the app was freezing while it took my reward points and extra charge. I couldn’t choose pick up option. I called in to ask for help so they can bring ut for me to curbside. The person who picked up was not trying to help me, I offered to pay cash if they can come get the payment. He said they’re too busy to do that even tho an employee brought out an order right before I placed mine. I asked a random customer to help me since I was with my dog and couldn’t go inside. horrible restaurant and horrible managers at this location. everytime i order, its messed up, tonight after a closing shift i ordered a mccrispy with NO LETTUCE NO SAUCE. what do they do? add sauce that i cannot eat. so now i have nothing to eat after work and they wont give the refund through doordash and the manager said they will not replace it even if i bring the receipt and picture to the store. never visiting this location again.
