I had to come up to the store 2 times in 2 orders due to missing items. Worse part is the guy at the window gave attitude about it when the manager politely approved it over the phone. I wanted to be like, “I wouldn’t have to be here picking up the food while the other food gets cold if you only did your job right the first time.” Instead I sat thank you as he hands me it and he simply mean mugs me… Trash customer service.
