Currently sitting in a curbside pick up spot. Have been sitting here for 18 minutes and counting. Used the app, ordered ahead, went through the drive through for 4 meals deals. This location shouldn't even have a drive through or be called "fast food". What are they doing in there, killing the chickens? And it's not even peak mealtime. What a joke.
Horrible customer service. Paid ONLINE, did NOT get my food, and the customer service had “no” idea where my order was. Waste of time, and waste of money.
Im not sure if its an employee who purposely gets the orders wrong or what. on Tuesday , Sept 23 .. around 3:30pm I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup & cheese no pickles and all I got was bread and the patty So I Called the store and the manager nicely told me to come back again to get the correct order . Not sure what happened or changed. This place used to be good, food & service. The drive thru takes 5-10 minutes to get through. My order is either wrong or it is microwaved stuck to the paper. Today was their third strike in two weeks. I won't be back.
