Rudeness everytime...ask for extra cheese which cost 50 cent ...no extra cheese...people are very rude here...
This McDonald’s has seriously gone downhill. It used to be a decent spot when Rick was running the place , he was professional, made sure things were right, and actually seemed to care. Since he left, it’s been a total mess. Every time I order, they mess it up. Ask for no onions? Still get onions. Request extra pickles? Somehow I get none. It’s like no one’s paying attention, and they don’t even double-check before handing your food out. The customer service is just as bad. The staff has a rude, “I don’t care” attitude. Who ever is cleaning this place deserves a mention. Restaurant is clean and rest rooms are very clean.
