AWFUL SERVICE! I ordered food on the mobile at app 3:53 and had to go in at 4:10 because I hadn't received it. They had my food ready at 3:54 and never brought it out so I asked for fresh food. At 4:20 I just asked for a refund and they ignored me and brought my food out. I asked for a refund again and was finally given one. Then they threw the food out and refunded me the wrong amount so I had to go back because no one answered the phone. My son loves McDonald's, and I must say that I do so love the frozen blue fanta 😁💙!!! The staff are super nice and beyond efficient, and they do it with a smile on their faces!!
Would be nice if they hired people that could speak the native language and get your order correctly.
They charged me forty nine cents for the cheese I ordered for my crispy sandwich which is the only thing that makes this sandwich edible. Shocker…. They didn’t put cheese near, in or on my sandwich. For the price of coming here you could go to a any sit down restaurant and get food that’s ordered and made correctly. I will not be coming back in this lifetime. For $18 for a meal you can do better for your money. Update 2025: almost two years later and still no cheese or refund of 49 cents. These people will rob you blind.
