This is the second time I've had to leave a bad review for this McDonald's. The employees were cussing at each other, and one employee loudly said the N-word where customers could clearly hear it. I understand that work can be stressful, but using that kind of language in front of customers is completely unprofessional. When I was paying for my order, one employee kept telling me to use the kiosk even though I had already told her I had already paid. I then waited more than 15 minutes for my order. The Morning manager was extremely rude. Had a problem because I wanted more Creamer, cause a coffee tasted nasty. And then she handed it back to me with Creamer all on the outside of the cup, she didn't wipe it off and said that it was my job to ask Her to wipe it off when she made the mess. She's the manager , it's her job to be polite. I've never had an issue with this mcdonald's other than the past two times that I have gone there. Well today my birthday and no napkins and I got cold fries thank you
They never prepare fresh food always some reheated food service of teens is not so good idk not the one to go to
