The staff at this McDonald’s are always friendly and polite, but the customer service and quality control are a mess. Almost every time my mother or grandmother visits, something is missing from the order, the food is wrong, or the wait is way too long. Two weeks ago, we were given someone else’s food, and just yesterday my grandma was given a burger with such a hard bun you could literally knock on it.
