The order taker messed up my order. The next window wouldn’t add it to my order, of course I was ready to pay. They repeated I can’t ring anything up at this window. They wanted me to go around and start a new order…. So the rest of my order could get cold??? No! I took my business elsewhere & will never go there again!
I’ve never been to this location before but let me tell you it was wonderful. My food was hot and fresh. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel and it was the best I’ve ever had. The yummy grilled onions and that sauce they put on it. Yum! The staff was cheerful and kind and they didn’t forget my ketchup. Ha ha I know fast food isn’t the greatest work but it’s so nice to be greeted by smiling faces in the beginning, middle, or end of a crazy day. Kudos to management for keeping the employees here happy.
