Staff were somewhat rude. very long wait time.
The McDonald's in Lincolnton North Carolina is a clean innate establishment, and their staff is exceptional for a fast food restaurant. However, of changes that McDonald's have made within their restaurant, making the kiosk a priority over cashiers, is annoying. This aggravation is in no way a reflection of the fine staff at this facility and the quality of their food.
I made an online order for breakfast at 10:45 when I got to the store at 11 to pick it up, the manager told me she was no longer making breakfast and when I ordered my food she did not pick that ticket because it was too close to 11:00. She had 15 mins to make sure my order was ready.. She stated that she does this all the time and it wasnt her responsibility to make sure customer is there before 11.
