I don’t understand how there is a satisfaction guarantee accurate bag check and then if they did forget an item and you go and grab your one item, and they give you a buy one get one free redemption card 🤦♀️ honestly I don’t care if I have to go back and get my food that is forgotten, mistakes happen, but I think it’s just mind boggling that the free item on your next visit is a “buy one get one free” redemption card 🤦♀️
