The drive thru lady who was serving my food was so nice! So early in the morning!.. I was there 3:11 am.
Spent 15 in line when ordering the items just to be told in the second window, the don’t sell them. Which is a lie.
This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been sitting here wasting over an HOUR of my time, stuck in the drive-thru after ordering at the speaker. Nothing moved, no communication, nothing. Finally I got so fed up I went inside, only to be told the drive-thru is “frozen” — and the way the employee said it, like “oh I’m sure it is,” made it sound like this is normal for them. That’s insane. So apparently they just abandon the drive-thru whenever they feel like it and let customers sit there clueless... read more
