Everything was COLD. Nothing worse than spending 30+ bucks for disappointing food. Probably the worst McDonald’s in Bay City.
This is the 3rd time I've been there and their ice cream machine has been broken. Let's maybe invest in getting a new one.
My order was incorrect again. I called the Essexville location to get a resolution and was treaded rudely by Deb and when I suggested that order accuracy was important she became hostile and told me that I should not come to her restaurant because they can’t get orders correct.
