Super slow
I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and medium fries. The fries I got were cold and the burgers was sloppily made. Took the order back and they remade the whole thing for me. This time everything was satisfactory. Why can't they get it right the first time?
Instructions at the kiosk say to put the number on your table and they'll bring the food to you. Instead they will quietly, and lazyly call your name at the counter so you don't hear it and then it gets cold while you sit at your table waiting them.
