I order from DoorDash and they have never gotten an order right. 3 items- chicken nugget happy meal, fish sandwich and chicken wrap. No hapy meal. Order chicken nugget happy meal and didn’t get any nuggets. Ughhh. They are very bad.
Couldn’t even get my coffee order right and there was step by step instructions! Such a joke.
Went in to just purchase a toy and Manager refused! She said we needed to buy a Happy Meal! All other locations have been selling them! Post a sign inside next to the toy display if that’s the case! Thanks for disappointing my 3 yr old!
terrible service, ordered online because they take forever and they somehow still made it wrong, clearly they need to restructure there staff because they suck, this is why the rockwall mcdonald’s is better! i could be the freakin owner of the mcdonald’s and they would still make it wrong because the staff are lazy!! if i could do a negative star trust me i would
