The online ordering / curbside pick up system is ridiculous. They wayy overly prioritize the drive thru and leave curbside stuck waiting for unacceptable amounts of time. The Sonic down the road is so much more efficient and fast. I guess I'll be going there.
Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, two medium fries, and three sauces. One of the sauces was stabbed open and unusable, and one of the fries was dumped all over the bag instead of properly placed in the container. Since McDonald’s only gives three sauces with this order and charges extra for more, having one already opened and wasted is frustrating.
