Went to use the ladies bathroom. It was disgusting. Had a wet sign down when I would say urine and blood on the floor or water and blood you get my point.. After seeing that I lost my appetite. I did not take my medication home in the bathroom. Thank God I didn’t take it in and drop it on that nasty floor. Pee all of the toilet so I stood up, but made sure the sit was clean for the next person. There was already pee in the stall. Less talking up front and have your employees clean more on there down time. 😢😢😢
23 minute wait for my dine in, easy order to arrive. When will I ever learn.
This was probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's located almost directly across the street from Soaring Eagle waterpark and you would think they would be used to crowds or prepared for busy spells. The lobby was incredibly dirty, service was slower than molasses, and there is no drink/refill station. They claim its "VIP Service" and they will bring your food and drinks directly to you, but we waited literally 15 minutes for 3 meals, when I went to front counter to check on the order it was sitting there, ready ... read more
