These new McDonald's they make them to where you they don't have to help you anymore. I stood at the counter for good 5 minutes nobody came so I left.
I ordered breakfast on the app then drove to pick up..when i got there i was told to go ahead and pull up..i get therr i get my drink then the manager tells me they threw all the food away and have nothing to give me..i asked for a refund and she asked if i waa gonna keep my drink and i saod yea..they still charged me for the drink..so after waisting my time and gas just go tell me u dont have my order u dont at least off the drink u gave me...this location always has issues but that is bullshit...
Update: The place is still terrible. The Mon-Fri breakfast and lunch drive-thru crew are usually decent. Going on nights and weekends always takes twice as long and it’s highly likely your order is wrong. You’ll get zero service from whatever combination of high school kids that are working. There is no dine in service and I’ve never seen a manager here. We continue to eat here bc it’s so close to the house, but try to avoid going nights/weekends.
