Before tonight, we were pretty regular customers at this McDonald’s location on North Goliad—but after this experience, we’re honestly not sure we’ll be back. Things went off the rails immediately at the second drive-thru window. The employee (a short Hispanic woman) abruptly told us to go inside to get our food and then shut the window on us without any explanation. Terrible customer service. I went today to get breakfast for my family. There was a girl doing pickups today 3/7/2026 . She was terrible rude , not customer friendly. Gave me the wrong order at first. Than when leaving she slap the pick up window on us .
The morning of 3/7/2026, hubby and I just get our breakfast but this lady-hispanic, petite lady, working in order pick up line-give us the wrong order, rude customer service, and slam the window door as she left. What in the world, McDonald's! Train your employee how to portray a good customer service, we pay for our food, we are not beggars!
