Bad management with unacceptable drive thru service. A 20+ minute wait on the drive thru defeats the purpose of fast food and drive thru service. Employees are either not trained properly or not held accountable. When you have multiple employees visually seen with earphones and actively using their personal phones while work is required, it demonstrates and set an unprofessional environment.
