I'm going to start by saying that the hourly employees at this location are fantastic. The real difference in whether the visit is going to be good or bad is the leadership on duty. I usually go to this location for breakfast and this morning was one of the worst visits to this location. I decided to go inside and order through the kiosk and waited over 45 minutes for my food. It was great. My food was stolen by someone and the older woman who was working the cash register on July 1st was so helpful. Immediately replaced my order and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. She was kind.
Drive thru people are great coffee hot and perfect amount.
